ACCOUNT
Create an account: No email address required
Start by opening the VPNSM account creation page. Set a username and password, then submit the form. An email address is not part of the registration requirements, so there is no email confirmation step. You will use the username to sign in to the user panel later, so choose one that is easy to remember but not directly linked to another public identity. Store the password separately and do not reuse it on other websites.
After submission, the page opens the user panel. Confirm that your current username appears in the header or account area before choosing a plan. If the page remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. Your login session links orders, subscriptions, and client access, so return to the same account when retrieving your subscription.
This step only creates the account; it does not automatically generate a usable subscription. Once the user panel appears, open the Plans section to place an order. You can browse the plans before paying, but routes in the client require an active plan or data package to work normally.
PLAN
Choose a plan and complete your order
After signing in to the user panel, open the Plans page. VPNSM offers monthly subscriptions and permanent, non-expiring data packages, which work differently. Monthly subscriptions reset their data each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages are deducted according to actual usage and remain available until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB.
For regular streaming, AI Tools, or cross-border work, choose a monthly subscription based on your expected monthly usage. If your usage varies and you want to keep unused data long term, compare the data packages. All plans support unlimited devices, but simultaneous transfers share the data allowance on the same account. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so check the selected tier on the order confirmation page.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Return to the user panel after payment; once the order status updates, the subscription will be available. VPNSM offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. For order issues, submit the relevant order details through the ticket form in the user panel.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get a subscription from the user panel
Once the order is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. The subscription section provides an import option for the current account. Follow the page instructions to copy the subscription link, or choose an import method compatible with your client. The link lets the client load the route list and receive configuration updates. It is tied to your account status, so do not publish it on a public page or forward it to unrelated people.
When copying the link, select everything from the beginning to the end. If you need to identify the link format, the obviously fake value https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN can serve as a structural example; it cannot connect to VPNSM and contains no real account information. In actual use, copy only the content generated for your account in the user panel.
If the subscription option is not yet visible in Account Overview, return to the Orders section and check the payment and plan status. Do not repeatedly paste an incomplete address into the client or modify characters in the link yourself. If the order is active but the option still does not appear, submit a ticket through the user panel so support can verify the order-account association.
After getting the subscription, keep the user panel accessible and open the client download area. The panel provides client files and platform-specific import instructions. This guide does not host separate download links, helping you avoid files that do not match your account status or operating system.
CLIENTS
Import configurations on each platform
The common workflow on every platform is to get the appropriate client from the user panel, paste the subscription link into the client’s subscription or configuration manager, update it, and choose a route from the loaded list. Do not paste the link into a browser search box or process it through an untrusted online converter. The sections below explain where to find each option and what to expect after importing.
Windows
Desktop clientsSelect Windows in the download area of the user panel and get the client provided by this site. After installing it, open the client, go to “Subscription Management” or “Configuration,” choose Import from link, and paste the copied subscription link in full. After updating, the main interface should show routes arranged by region and route type.
After choosing a route, return to the client’s main interface and enable the connection or system proxy. If the client requests system permission, confirm that the application name matches the file provided through the user panel, then follow the system prompts. Once the connection status appears, do not close the client immediately; continue with the verification steps below to check whether your exit route has changed.
macOS
Desktop clientsSelect the macOS client in the user panel and install it as instructed. When opening it for the first time, macOS may ask you to confirm the app source or allow a network configuration. In the client, find subscription management, choose to add by URL or link, paste the subscription into the address field, then save and update it.
After the update finishes, confirm that route names are listed, then choose a region suited to your task. If macOS asks for permission to create a network configuration, read the prompt and allow the current client to connect. Once the menu bar or client window shows Connected, continue with exit verification; seeing a route list alone does not mean the connection has started.
Android
Mobile clientsOpen the Android download option in the user panel and get the appropriate client. After installing and opening it, find Subscription, Configuration File, or Remote Configuration in the side menu or home screen, then choose to add from a link. Paste the subscription, save and update it, and wait for the regions and route names to load.
Return to the route selection page, choose a route in the region where the target service is located, and start the connection. The first time Android creates a network configuration, an authorization prompt appears; confirm the app and allow it. After the network connection indicator appears in the status bar, verify the exit route with a network check. Importing a configuration without tapping Connect will not change the network path.
iOS
Mobile clientsOpen the iOS client entry and import instructions in the user panel. In the client, look for Add Subscription, Import from URL, or Remote Configuration, then paste the complete subscription link and save it. After the update finishes, you should see available regions and route types rather than an empty configuration.
When selecting a route and starting the connection, iOS will ask permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it and complete the operation using the local authorization method requested by the system. Once the client shows a connection status, open a network-check page to review the exit route. Later route changes usually do not require adding the system configuration again; choose another route in the client and reconnect.
Linux
Desktop clientsLinux users should get the client and instructions for their current distribution from the user panel. After installation, open configuration management, add the subscription link as a remote configuration, and update it. If the client has a graphical interface, the option is usually under a subscription or configuration menu. If the panel provides command-line instructions, follow the current steps shown there.
After the route list loads, choose a node and start the connection, then verify it in a browser. System proxy mode and global network configuration cover different scopes, and terminal programs may use separate proxy settings. For command-line work, split routing, or long-term maintenance, see the complete handbook for a structured reference.
VERIFY
Verify the connection and switch routes
After importing, start by choosing a region that matches your current task. For streaming services, prioritize the region associated with the target content. For cross-border work or AI Tools, start with a nearby, stable route. VPNSM offers IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes; see the nodes page for details on route types.
After clicking Connect, wait for the client status to show Connected, then open the site’s network check page. Confirm that the current exit location matches the selected route. If the original exit still appears, first check that the client has actually started the connection rather than only updating the subscription. Then check whether the system allows the client to create a network configuration.
Once the exit information is correct, open the website or app you actually need to use. If the page loads but the target service still reports a region mismatch, disconnect the current route, switch to another route in the same region, and reconnect. Close the existing page before testing again. Saved browser session data can also affect the result, so verify with a newly opened page.
If no route connects, first update the subscription and confirm that the plan is still active, then test on your current network. Do not run multiple clients that provide the same network configuration function at once, as the system may not know which path to use. If the issue remains unclear, submit a ticket through the user panel with your operating system, the status shown by the client, the selected region, and the steps you have already tried.
MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance and common troubleshooting order
After normal setup, you do not need to import the subscription every day. When the client has saved the remote subscription, update it first if the route list changes or a route becomes temporarily unavailable, then choose another route. Return to the user panel only when the subscription address changes, the client configuration is cleared, or the system is reinstalled.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages never expire and continue to be deducted. Check the current service status in Account Overview to avoid mistaking an exhausted allowance for a client problem. To change a monthly subscription tier, use the Plans page. The price difference for an upgrade is converted into remaining days, so review the order details again before confirming.
When switching to another computer or mobile device, you can continue using the same account. VPNSM supports unlimited devices, but the subscription link should remain only on your own devices and in controlled environments. When an old device is no longer in use, delete the subscription configuration from the client so route information does not remain on an unmanaged system.
This page covers the main path from ordering to connecting. Split routing, command-line environments, complex troubleshooting, cross-platform migration, and long-term renewal management are covered together in the complete handbook. For a first setup, complete this page, confirm that the exit route and target service work normally, then move to advanced configuration as needed. This reduces troubleshooting complexity caused by changing multiple variables at once.
